Should you wish to apply for you and your child to become part of the St George’s family, please download and complete the Application Form and email it to Chantal Prince at marketing.admissions@sggs.co.za. We require a R300 application fee to process your application.
Please email a Proof of Payment for the application fee and the following documents:
- Copy of the pupil’s birth certificate / identity document (CERTIFIED)
- Copies of both parents’ / caregivers’ identity documents (CERTIFIED)
- Copies of pupil’s two most recent school reports (CERTIFIED)
- Copy of pupil’s clinic card (applicable to Pre-Primary & Grade 1 applications only)
- Copies of any relevant medical/professional therapists’ reports
- School reference letter to be completed by your child’s current school / daycare
- LINK to download school reference letter (a copy is included as part of the enrolment form)
Failure to return these documents with the application form will mean that the application will not be processed until such time that all the necessary documents have been sent to the school.
On acceptance to the school, a non-refundable acceptance fee of R7 500 (applicable to all Grades) per child needs to be paid to secure a place at St George’s Grammar School (note listed placement fees are for 2025 placements and are subject to change). In addition to this, the tuition fee and a building levy are payable, via debit order, monthly in advance from February to December. View or download our fee structure for more details.
